I had a mixed experience at the Freya Hotel. While the location was superb for exploring nearby attractions and the staff were generally friendly, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues and some shortcomings in service. The breakfast had a decent variety, but it could have been improved.

My stay at Freya Hotel was quite enjoyable, with the location being a real highlight as it was conveniently close to public transport and several major attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to help, especially Natia, who arranged a lovely massage for me. However, I did experience some issues with room size and cleanliness that affected my comfort during the stay. Overall, I would rate it positively but felt some areas could improve.
