I adored the helpful staff. They were kind! The location was convenient, especially being SO close to the tram station. Our room was impeccably clean.
The room was smaller than I expected, a bit challenging to move around freely. I wish there was more space available.

The hotel enjoys a GREAT location near many local shops and restaurants. It's very easy to access public transportation. Several key attractions are within walking distance, wonderful.

The hotel was very clean. I appreciated how the staff was polite and accommodating . The location is great, because it is close to public transportation (this made getting around very easy). I liked that they provided fresh towels every day.

The personnel were easy to talk to and fast at helping when needed, especially at the reception. The staff always seemed ready to assist with any questions i had (the concierge was particularly helpful).

The hotel is close to the tramway and metro lines, very convenient. There are many traditional and international food places nearby (I tried a great kebab place just around the corner!).

The breakfast staff gave rude looks. They gossiped and started cleaning while i was still eating. the rooms were tinier than expected and not so clean, with spots around the bedframes. i don't think it was worth the money.
